Notes and Assignments From the August 2 Meeting

Important Team Assignments:

  • Team members can choose their level of involvement in the fall workshops after reviewing scripts for the 5 Principles activities that GG will post on the wiki.
  • Team members will book meeting rooms for the 6-month dates (see wiki for those already booked).
  • One-year celebration will be Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008.

 

 Next Meetings:

 

  • Friday, September 28 at 10:00 a.m. via FacetoFace Meeting. We'll debrief the Frostburg session.   Important:  Prior to September 28, email Gail gailg@carr.org with the F2F ID you will be using so that she can 'call' you into the meeting!  If this is your first time using F2F Meeting, let's practice with each other for a few minutes.
  • March 20, 2008 from 10-1 at East Columbia for our next in-person meeting. Agenda will be the development of 6-month checkin workshops.

  • Gail develop PB wiki for our documents—will post current content PLUS issues from today’s meeting
  • Gail and Lisa prepare info for SD Coordinators’ (and MAPLA) meeting—and let Nini know how much time for agendas
  • Everyone books meeting rooms—email to the group and Nini will post on shared calendar
  • Everyone review content pieces on the wiki prior to next meeting (Gail will send URL)
  • Gail email Jim to get on MAPLA agenda early in the day
  • Everyone mark calendars for next meetings (brown-bag lunch OK)

I posted tentative dates to Shared Statewide Training calendar along with other tentatives like Libris training. Hopefully, it will make everything easier to plan.
