Part of the Learning Libraries 3.0 fall workshops involved the creation of change models by each library system.  The change models are a way that we can begin to make positive changes in our organizations.

Sharing our ideas and learnings around the change models will help us further our learning as organizations and as a community.  Check out this wiki over the next year for new ideas, interesting observations, and results of the change models.
